Planted borders, damp clay and ground that floods in winter all shorten the life of boards that touch the soil. A gravel board takes that wear instead and can be swapped later on its own.

Quantities

  • One 3.6m gravel board per two bays at 1.8m centres.
  • One 4.2m gravel board per two bays at 2.1m centres.
  • Fix to the post faces before boarding.
