Order by 2pm the working day before at the latest, but order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
We unload at your address or the nearest safe, accessible spot the vehicle can reach, and stack the timber as conveniently as we reasonably can. It isn't carried through buildings or into back gardens.
