One charge for the whole load, set by the delivery postcode and shown before you pay.
Booked by day
Choose from the open delivery days at checkout. The day is reserved when you pay.
Kerb, yard or site
Unloaded at your address, or at the nearest safe and accessible spot the vehicle can get to.
Rural and site access
Tell us what the driver will find: single-track lanes, weight or width limits, farm tracks, soft ground, gate codes, site compounds and who to ask for. Long lengths need a clear, firm area to unload.
Timber isn't carried through buildings, along passages or into back gardens. If an access problem nobody mentioned stops the drop, we'll contact you, talk through the options and confirm any extra cost before anything is charged.

Count the load against the confirmation that day and email photos of any problem.
Order cut-off
Order by 2pm the working day before delivery at the latest, but order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.

Does someone need to be on site?
Not if there's a safe, accessible place to leave the load. Add instructions in the access notes.
Can you deliver to a field or farm track?
Where the vehicle can reach it safely, yes. Describe the access at checkout so we know what to expect.
